Registration fees in EURO per person (including VAT)

Please note: For non EU countries the fee will be corrected according to the GNP per capita. For more information please contact the EAES Congress Secretariat.

GROUP REGISTRATION:

Group registration is possible for companies, travel agencies and persons wishing to register multiple delegates for the congress. Only registrations with full address details of each delegate will be accepted.

Special fees are offered for “group” registration (more than 15).

PRESS REGISTRATIONS:
Journalists can obtain free registration to the Congress. Media organizations whose main objective is to promote their own products or services (i.e. marketing, advertising, financial analysis, or public relations firms) may not register as press. 
A copy of a press card dated 2010 is required.

MEMBERSHIP:
Please note that outstanding payments for EAES membership will be checked by the EAES Office.
Reduces registration fees will not apply if there are outstanding payments.
Please check with the membership administrator at membership@eaes-eur.org for any questions you may have concerning membership.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT:

Surgeons coming from low currency countries and submitted abstracts accepted for presentation and are the presenter can apply for a travel grant. EAES offers 20 travel grants of € 500 maximum each plus a free registration.

Applications must be accompanied by a brief CV and sent to the EAES Office.

POSTGRADUATE COURSES  – 16 JUNE 2010:

Attendance to the Postgraduate Course, Congress bag containing documents and syllabus, Certificate of Attendance, Coffee breaks.

HANDS ON COURSE AND WORKSHOP 16 JUNE 2010:

Please note: participation to the Postgraduate Courses are limited. Priority will be given to application by participants registering also to the 18^th International Congress of EAES.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: 

Advance Registration:

Complete the registration form or register on line for the Congress and the Postgraduate Course. Make sure that you follow the instructions for payment of all fees involved.

The registration form is for one delegate only and his/her accompanying person(s). Completed registration form together with the appropriate payment should be sent to EAES Office.

Means of Payment:

All payment should be made in € (EURO) payable to EAES Events BV inz. Congress by bank or credit card.

Remittances should be free of bank charges to the receiver. All payment must be clearly marked with the delegate’s name.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the EAES Office. Cancellation will be accepted until May 1, 2010 with a refund of all registration fees less € 50 administration fee. Full registration fee is applicable and no refunds can be made for cancellations after May 1, 2010 or for participants who do not attend. All refunds will be handled after the Congress.
